Over the past 20 years John Serock Catering has developed a reputation, not just for trendy food and stellar service, but for their innovative approach to business and employee relations. John Serock is frequently recognized for his commitment and generosity to his industry and to the community in which he Lives and Works.

As a senior member of the John Serock Catering team, Violet serves as your Catering Manager and Day-of Coordinator at Loch Aerie Mansion. With her experience and attention to detail, she ensures every aspect of your event is seamlessly executed, providing exceptional service from the planning process through the final moments of your celebration.

A.J. assures a great experience for our guests as he provides loving care for the upkeep and oversight of the property. A.J. began his research of Loch Aerie over 30 years ago and now showcases his expertise with Loch Aerie’s living history.
